Believe in yourself

 The most important thing I’ve realized in my career journey is to stay focused and believe in yourself. 

I no longer get distracted by comparing myself to others as that would allow them to drive my behavior – anyone who does this tends to focus on other people’s strengths whilst ignoring their own.
